we do not want to involve another Chinese company in this
situation, payment must directly to our company or to
our factory, this is due to the regulation of China Foreign
Currency Department, we do the export procedure, the foreign
currency is needed to remit to our company. |

kind of payment do you required? |

| " L/C
at sight, L/C is opened from a reliable bank. Or 30% advance
payment, the rest to be paid before shipment. |

give credit? |

| " No,
at present we are not giving any credit to anyone, even
to those whom have been our buyers for years with good
reputation, our company is practicing a very strict policy
towards this point. However in the future, we may give
some client some credit by taking some precaution like
involving credited insurance company in the transaction. |

| Can
I use my own logo / brand? |

| " Yes
but need to be with certain quantity. The paper brand
including sticker paper is doable , but if the brand need
to be mould printed on the product, this need to be discussed. |

What is your lead time? |

| " We
will usually make shipment after 3 weeks from the date
of receiving the L/C or advance payment, but the L/C "latest
shipment date" needs to allow 2 months from the opening
date of the L/C. |

| Can
I be the sole buyer in my country? |

| " We
generally only deal with one single buyer in the same
market. Once the market is established (you start to buy
from us), then we will not make contact with the other
buyer for the same market. |
